A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Taylor Kelly-Lottman—founder of Bluebird Ranch & Consulting, strategist, creative thinker, and someone who’s been building brands long before I even knew I’d make a business out of it.
 

I started my professional journey in 2012 with a passion for visual storytelling, brand building, and helping global businesses grow. What began as agency employment and freelance design work has evolved into my own full-service consulting studio focused on branding, digital marketing, e-commerce, and business development. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with everyone from global agriculture companies and innovative e-bike brands, to San Francisco tour operators and emerging artists.
 

At the heart of it all is my commitment to helping mission-driven businesses and creatives scale sustainably. I believe in authentic storytelling, data-informed strategy, and human-centered design. My work is always personal, rooted in partnership, and tailored to the unique needs of every client.
 

I bring a mix of strategic clarity and creative execution to the table—whether I’m building a brand from scratch, optimizing a website for conversions, or helping a founder find their voice. Through Bluebird Ranch & Consulting, I offer not just services, but collaboration, curiosity, and care.
 

Outside of work, I’m deeply connected to the natural world. I live in Colorado, love board sports, and lead a nonprofit for women called Drift Sisters. My goal is always the same—build brands and communities that feel real, rooted, and ready to grow.

As Marketing Director for OneBlade Shave, I led brand strategy and digital growth, achieving +74% YoY revenue growth in Q4 and spearheading record-breaking product launches. I drove omnichannel performance through advanced targeting and data-driven campaign strategies, including a 263% increase in purchases via Meta Ads. I introduced new products like the HiCarbon SE Blade line and the OneBlade LTHR system, successfully launching them into high-converting digital funnels. I also optimized customer acquisition and retention through improved bundling, upsells, and cross-platform engagement.

As co-founder of Drift Sisters, I built a nonprofit rooted in community and inclusivity, supporting women through Onewheel and board sport events. I developed the brand identity, content strategy, and sponsorship initiatives that helped the organization grow from a grassroots idea to a nationwide movement. I continue to lead marketing, partnership outreach, and long-term vision strategy, fostering relationships with mission-aligned brands and planning immersive experiences that inspire connection and empowerment.

At TOMIS, I developed digital marketing strategies for tourism brands, driving performance through email marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance analytics. I applied agile methods to adapt campaigns in real time, aligning client goals with evolving digital trends. My work focused on full-funnel execution, consistently delivering measurable results and improving ROI for a portfolio of high-growth tourism and experience-based businesses.

At QuietKat, I helped position the brand for IPO readiness by refining digital strategy and strengthening DTC marketing. I managed website content, improved SEO, and led influencer marketing and social media campaigns that significantly increased engagement and online visibility. I also implemented A/B testing and automation tools to streamline performance marketing and increase conversion rates. My efforts helped QuietKat emerge as a top-tier e-bike brand in a highly competitive market.

As a Graphic Designer at Turnkey Merchandise Programs, I created promotional and branded assets for high-profile clients including Case IH Agriculture, Campbell’s Soup, Oreo, Demand Detroit, and Autism Speaks. I translated brand guidelines into compelling merchandise and campaign collateral used across national retail programs and events. This role helped shape my foundation in brand identity design, production workflows, and creative collaboration with global marketing teams, setting the stage for my future in strategic brand consulting.
